After the presentation of the vineyard, we will start the visit in a vine-plot and will present you the cultivation mode of our vineyard. Then we will go to our vat room to present first the harvest process and then the vinification of our red wines.
We will continue with a visit to the barrel cellar and will show you the magic of the aging process.
To conclude, we will make a tasting of 3 red wines, and will give you a first approach of the tasting exercise.
